Returns and Refund Policy
If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will cheerfully refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof within 7 days of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return if we are at fault. * Please note that the delivery charge will be reimbursed when Aronia is at fault. That is, if the wrong product is delivered, there is a fault with the product (including any damage caused in transit) We recomend you to purchase insurance on every delivery so you will be covered by any damage caused in Transport. insurance will be $3.00 per every $100 *For exchange of a delivered product, unfortunately additional delivery charges will be incurred at your expense*. Please note that all change of mind returns must be in their original condition and packaging. And the freight to be covered by the customer both ways. Our Delivery partners are Australia Post or Couries Please If you want to purchase more than 1 Item we can combine the freight so it is cheaper please call us or Email for the freight cost. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, an ‘Article Awaiting’ card will be left in your mailbox. This card will advise the next steps required to obtain delivery of your order. Customers who are paying for their order by credit card, may request for their delivery to be left unattended, however, our carriers reserve the right to leave a call waiting card regardless of this request Orders will not be left unattended on the same day they are ordered under any circumstances Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, we aim to dispatch your order the next business day.We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.Aronia is not able to accept requests to delay dispatch of any orders at this time.
